‘KAWADOKO’ is dining just above the river to take a cooler spot.
So, it has supposed to open every May to September in summer.
As our new experiment in ２０２６, we will renovate our table seats to counter seats.
The most important thing for us is “EXPERIENCING COOL NESS” through all five senses for our guests.Chefs are in the counter and serve cuisine with their thought.
The cuisine is chef’s select that considered to be suitable this ‘KAWADOKO’ location. Hope you have very special time in here.

Spring has arrived in here ‘Oku-Kibune’. It’s the season when wild mountain vegetables are at their best.This course features a flavorful spring hot pot that combines wild mountain vegetables and boar meat, along with dishes cooked over a wood fire.
