- The seat can be arranged as colse to each other because of the limited space in the building.

According to the location which Hyoue stand on, we may close abruptly if we got in the emergencies that caused by heavy rain or earthquake.
We would lead you to another hotel in or around Kyoto city so that please tell us your contactable phone number.
PLEASE NOTE
We would server your breakfast and dinner hile Kawadoko season (May-September) unless it rains.
You would eat in your room if it rains.
Dinner will start in 17:00-18:30.
As for breakfast, please choose more convenient time for you from 8:00 or 8:30.
We do not accept any reservation by only one person.
Please ask us freely if you think of using our shuttle service.

- Even if there is a vacancy on the calendar of the system, it may already be full.
In that case, we may refuse to process your reservation, so we ask for your understanding.

When you fill out the reservation form, an automatic reply will be sent to the email address provided.
If you do not receive an email, it is possible that there is a problem with the email address or that spam filters, etc. are not allowing the email to go through properly, so please check about this.
Filling out the reservation form will not complete your reservation.
Based on the dates you requested, we will send you a reply.
- Please refrain from sending reservation requests on the day of or the day prior to the reservation.
- Meals at the river bed will be from May 1st to September 30th.
- For other time periods, meals will be served in your room.
- Please make sure that there is no mistake with the telephone number or the email address.
- Please make your reservation by e-mail, and please arrange it so that it will be completed 5 days in advance. Please refrain from making reservations by email on the day of your visit or on the day before.
