Spring has arrived in here ‘Oku-Kibune’. It’s the season when wild mountain vegetables are at their best.This course features a flavorful spring hot pot that combines wild mountain vegetables and boar meat, along with dishes cooked over a wood fire.

It is a  hot pot with game boar meat and vegetables.
Vegetables are freshly purchased from Ohara farm in kyoto.
We prepare ２ types of  soup tuna broth and white miso based.
To begin a tuna broth the meat and leafy greens into, and then add white miso  in this broth.
Meals are served in our hotel. (Not the riverside terrace)
